Pricing Policies and Procedures
APPOINTMENTS ONLY!!!
Scheduling:
You can now book online!!! The calendar will be opened each week on the Saturday before the next week. I will no longer be sending out weekly appointment reminders. All appointments are approved before officially booked and $25 Deposit is due at that time. (See Deposit/Cancellations below).
Please make sure to choose your specific service. There will be NO ADD ON services at the time of your appointment. Each service is allotted a certain amount of time that ensures the schedule stays on track.
Deposits/Cancellations:
There is a $25 Deposit due upon booking and applied to your services once redeemed. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are NO SHOW, NO CALL, the fee is non-refundable and you will need to make another deposit upon scheduling again. Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card. Second time, no additional appointments will be allowed to be made.
Late Arrival Policy
If you know you may be late for your appointment, please be considerate and call at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service. In order to remain on schedule, part of your service may be shortened or the full service may be canceled depending on the time allowed in between clients. If shortened the regular service price will still apply. For example, if your service is a 1 hour facial and there is not enough time for the full hour, you will still be required to pay the full price of the scheduled service. (This applies to all services).
Forms of payment:
We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards & Venmo at a 3.5 % fee and American Express at a 5% fee. Cash and checks are also accepted. There is a $25 NSF fee assessed for bounced checks.
Loyalty Cards:
Loyalty Cards must be shown at each visit to receive a punch. After 5 punches, you will receive 10% off your next service and a new card will be given. You must have the punch card with all 5 punche to receive your discount. No punch card, No punch!
Birthdays and Meticulous Spa Anniversary Rewards:
In the month of your birthday and/or anniversary date with Meticulous Spa, you will receive a $10 off coupon off any service to use within that month. Please mention the reward so it can be redeemed at your service.
Dermalogica & PCA Skin Care Products:
All products are available for Pre-order Only.
Complimentary Drinks:
Water, Soda, Tea, Coffee, Wine, and Champagne/Mimosas are complimentary to all clients. Any additional drinks will be charged $1 each for Water, Soda, Tea or Coffee and $3 for Wine, Champagne/Mimosas.

My last appointment will be at 3-4 pm during the week and 1-2 pm Saturdays depending on service. Please see hours of operation below and schedule accordingly.

Any appointments scheduled after hours will be assessed a $25 after hours fee.
