Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
⚠️ General Booking Cancellation Policy Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss your appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ advance notice, you’ll be responsible for the total cost of the scheduled service, excluding your initial $25 deposit.
⚠️ Same Day Booking Cancellation Policy (only for same day appointments) To secure same-day appointments, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. Please understand that payments for same-day appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy
If you know you may be late for your appointment, please be considerate and call at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service. In order to remain on schedule, part of your service may be shortened or the full service may be canceled depending on the time allowed in between clients. If shortened the regular service price will still apply. For example, if your service is a 1 hour facial and there is not enough time for the full hour, you will still be required to pay the full price of the scheduled service. (This applies to all services).
Forms of payment:
We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards & Venmo at a 3.5 % fee and American Express at a 5% fee. Cash and checks are also accepted. There is a $25 NSF fee assessed for bounced checks.
Loyalty Cards:
Loyalty Cards must be shown at each visit to receive a punch. After 5 punches, you will receive 10% off your next service and a new card will be given. You must have the punch card with all 5 punche to receive your discount. No punch card, No punch!
Birthdays and Meticulous Spa Anniversary Rewards:
In the month of your birthday and/or anniversary date with Meticulous Spa, you will receive a $10 off coupon off any service to use within that month. Please mention the reward so it can be redeemed at your service.
Dermalogica & PCA Skin Care Products:
All products are available for Pre-order Only.
Complimentary Drinks:
Water, Soda, Tea, Coffee, Wine, and Champagne/Mimosas are complimentary to all clients. Any additional drinks will be charged $1 each for Water, Soda, Tea or Coffee and $3 for Wine, Champagne/Mimosas.
Hours of Operation:
My last appointment will be at 3-4 pm during the week and 1-2 pm Saturdays depending on service. Please see hours of operation below and schedule accordingly.

- Tuesday-8 am-5 pm
- Wed-8 am-6:30 pm (After Hours Day)
- Thurs-8 am-6:30 pm (After Hours Day)
- Friday-8 am-5 pm
- Sat-8 am- 3pm
- Sunday-closed
Any appointments scheduled after hours will be assessed a $35 after hours fee.
House Calls available-$50 Travel Fee

There’s a Color and There’s a Body Care can be purchased from the site. There’s a Body Care are Pre- Orders Only, therefore, you may be able to pick up the more popular scents at the spa which are paid in advance
