Because services reserve professional time and body-care goods are personal-use products, concerns are reviewed case by case. Contact the studio promptly with order or appointment details.
Body-care products
For hygiene and safety, opened personal-care products may not be eligible for return. Do not use an item that arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect; photograph it and contact the studio with your order details.
Damage or error
Report a damaged, missing, or incorrect item promptly. Keep the item and packaging until the studio confirms whether photos, return shipment, replacement, store credit, or another resolution is needed.
